AMA: What Excites You About Citadel on the Wilderlands?

John B Asks: Thinking about Citadel on the Wilderlands - What excites you the most? What are you most proud of? What keeps you up at night?

Nothing keeps me up at night about this project, but I am jolly excited about several aspects of Citadel:

The Buzz

I get a huge buzz knowing that GMs the world over will use Citadel on the Wilderlands to have fun with their friends. Gaming has given me so much over the years, and I hope with Citadel on the Wilderlands I can contribute to other people’s fun and friendships.

Knowing that some (hopefully loads of) GMs will choose to spend their hard-earned money and invest considerable time running this for their friends makes me proud. It might sound a tad archaic, but it is an honour to have my material included in other people’s campaigns.

The Challenge

I love the challenge that this project presents. I’ve never worked on a daily project of this scope before. It’s a marathon, not a sprint which requires a decent amount of discipline. I thrive on a challenge, and I can’t wait to see how I stack up against my goal on October 31.
