An Unintended Consequence of the OGL Fiasco

The OGL fiasco rumbles on with WotC heroically ignoring the community’s strong feelings about their plans to de-authorise the 1.0a OGL while hiding behind the morality clause in OGL version 1.2.

One unintended consequence of their plan is the almost total lack of availability of the Pathfinder 2nd Edition Core Rulebook, Bestiary or Beginner’s Box in the UK. It seems that “mysteriously”, they have all sold out in the last two weeks or so. I cannot imagine this is a coincidence.

I take it as a sign of how strongly the community feels about how WotC are treating the community and the game we all love so much. Maybe they'll change course. Maybe they won't.
