November's Notebook and Pencil Combo

With excitement and anticipation I'm looking forward to November. I hope it is better than October! (In October–among other things–the wife got a rather irksome tax bill, our roof started leaking, we needed to make expensive repairs to our boiler and both of my boys caught Covid; it's been a month, to be sure).

To cheer myself up, I've cracked open my winter notebook three-pack0–the rather apt and rather beautiful Snowy Evening from Field Notes. These dot grid notebooks are beautiful and every one of the 99,999 has a unique cover.

Of course, I had to team it with a new pencil and what better pencil than the Blackwing Volume 42? It's white, which seems thematically correct, and writes beautifully. Even better the blue eraser matches the blue of the notebook's cover (at least to my colourblind eyes).
